My Story

I'm Briana — a mom of six, a wife, a teacher, a trainer, and someone who knows firsthand what it feels like to be last on your own list.

I've spent ten years in the fitness industry — working in gyms, training clients one on one, and building a presence in the wellness community. And through all of it, I kept coming back to one truth: sustainable wellness isn't about doing more. It's about coming back to the well. Returning to what gives you life.

The WELLness Collective was born from that truth. It's for the woman who is busy, stretched thin, and still showing up every day — and who wants to be the best version of herself. You deserve a program that meets you exactly where you are.

This weekend is for you.

Maybe you can't remember the last time you truly rested. Maybe you used to love to read, to sit by the water, to just be — and somehow that got buried under everything else. Restore is a space to exhale. To nourish your body with good food, move in ways that feel good, and reconnect with the version of yourself that got a little lost in the doing.

Osakis Sunrise Cabin
on the Lake

A private, resort-style cabin on the shores of beautiful Lake Osakis — exclusively ours for the weekend. Sweeping lake views, a wood-burning fireplace, private sauna, kayaks and canoe, and an outdoor bonfire pit under the stars.

Almost 3 acres of land including a pine grove and gazebo. The whole place to ourselves. No strangers. No distractions. Just us.
